The silicone foam board produced by Nanfang Rubber has many characteristics such as high temperature resistance (up to 250 ℃), chemical stability, and soft shock absorption. According to different customer needs, the width is 400-1220 (mm), the length is 1000-30000 (mm)/roll, the thickness starts from 0.6mm, the density starts from 0.4g/cm3, and the hardness is 5-55 Shore C. Surface treatment is available in glossy/textured options, with three different texture choices: coarse, medium, and fine. Colors can be customized, with regular colors being black, white, gray, red, and gray blue. Compression stress-strain, tensile strength, elongation at break, compression deformation, insulation, flame retardant and other special requirements can be customized according to environmental standards RoHS. Foamed silicone sheet is widely used in various industries such as hot stamping and printing equipment, electronic appliances, mechanical seals, etc. It meets the needs of various equipment, such as compression, shock absorption, and long-term use without cracking. The product can meet environmental standards such as RoHS, REACH, 16P, PAHs, and meet food grade requirements such as FDA.
