在中国，目前我们有常州（2008 年成立）和无锡（2007年成立于上海，2018 年迁至无锡）两家工厂，主要服务于汽车功能件、汽车内饰、工业解决方案、消费品和组合料这五大细分市场。

通过这两个生产基地，我们为客户提供全面的聚氨酯泡绵专业知识，包括聚氨酯海绵研发、生产和加工。并根据客户需求和不同的应用市场提供卷材，泡块，片材，模塑件以及与其他材料的复合加工品等。

Our PU foams have seven basic functions: Silencing, Sealing, Filtering, Carrying, Protecting, Supporting and Comforting. We can adapt, enhance and even combine these to obtain precise results.

• Silencing — The silencing functions of foam include acoustic isolation, acoustic absorption, vibration damping and thermo-acoustic insulation.
• Carrying — The cellular structure of PU foam gives it excellent absorption, dispersion and abrasion qualities. This makes it an ideal support for carrying and transferring liquids and solids
• Protecting — Foam can be used to protect most materials, as well as the human body
• Supporting — Foam has the ability to support the body by providing impact resilience and pressure relief.
• Comforting — Comforting includes the capacity to make products more aesthetically pleasing and create a sense of relaxation and well-being.

Our processing technologies

As well as producing foam, we have a unique and extensive portfolio of processing technologies. Our materials are converted using lamination, cutting, moulding, thermocompression, encapsulation and thermal reticulation. With highly developed technologies for each method, we can tailor our materials for different purposes and offer our customers alternative solutions with the right price-performance ratio.
